Refund Policy

All sales are final once work has begun.

Because many of our products and services involve custom Cerakote finishes, laser engraving, or made-to-order items, customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

For non-custom, in-stock items, refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be resolved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Processing times vary based on workload and project complexity.

  • Custom Cerakote and laser engraving projects: typically 2–8 weeks.
  • In-stock, non-custom items: ship within 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to parts availability, project complexity, or shipping carrier delays.

Customers will be notified if extended delays are expected.
